Full Journal pdf1995-04-27 House Journal Page 1597 HB 38 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 26, 1995, calendar (page 1555), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 38(JUD) am "An Act relating to criminal sentencing: relating to good time credit; relating to the availability for good time credit for offenders convicted of certain first degree murders; relating to definite sentences, parole, good time credit, pardon, commutation of sentence, modification or reduction of sentence, reprieve, furlough, and service of sentence at a correctional restitution center for offenders with at least three serious felony convictions; and amending Alaska Rule of Criminal Procedure 35." Representative Nicholia placed a call of the House and lifted the call. The question being: "Shall CSHB 38(JUD) am pass the House?" Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on passage be considered the roll call on the court rule change. Representative Brown objected. The question being: "Shall the court rule change be adopted?"
